In the beautiful town of Panajachel, Guatemala, surrounded by lush mountains, one of the world’s most stunning lakes, and three majestic volcanoes, lies another reality that often goes unseen. Many helpless street dogs struggle to survive each day.
Sadly, countless dogs are living in poor health, suffering from injury, illness, malnutrition, and neglect. While we do everything we can to help them on the streets, there is currently no safe place where they can receive proper medical care, rest, and the time they need to heal.
This mission was born from that gap. The goal is to purchase a piece of land and build a multi-functional sanctuary, a place where injured and sick street dogs can receive medical treatment, recover fully, and experience safety, kindness, and stability for the first time in their lives.
More than just a shelter, this sanctuary will be a place of healing, rehabilitation, and second chances, where dogs are given the opportunity to regain their health and eventually find a loving place to call home.
This website exists to raise awareness, share their stories, and build support for a future where these dogs are no longer invisible.
